REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Field and Stream Australia warrants that for a period of not less than one year from the date of purchase, our products will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. Field and Stream Australia will replace or repair any product or any component if the product is found to be defective during the warranty period.
All products are inspected prior to being sent to our customers.
Field and Stream Australia will have no other obligation and will not be liable for any incidental and/or consequential damage, and makes no implied warranty in regard to the products fitness and /or merchantability beyond the term of this limited warranty.
Damages that is determined to be caused by misuse or normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, alteration, acts of God or addition to the original product, or products that are used for rental and/or commercial use, will not be covered by this limited warranty.
Customers are advised to choose all clothing items carefully as refunds will not be accepted for incorrect sizes.
The Field and Stream Australia warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of the initial retail purchase and is not transferable. The original sales receipt must be returned with the faulty product to Field and Stream Australia and all returns are at the purchases expense
PROOF OF IDENTITY
In the state of New South Wales it is an offence to sell knives to minors under the age of 16yrs. As a result we may ask for further identification to satisfy legal requirements of Field and Stream Australia.
We may ask for further identification. Because of the anonymity nature of the Internet we may ask for further identification
to verify your order. The following documents may be requested to process your order.
A copy of both sides of your Credit Card
A copy of your valid drivers license/Passport
Your documents will not be used for any other purpose other than to verify your identity. Once verified, your documents c
an be returned or destroyed.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We will always attempt to be accurate with our product descriptions and images. However, product images may, as a result of time and the release of new models, become out of date. The Field and Stream Australia Limited Warranty does not cover changes in cosmetics as a result of an out of date supplier image. If any product purchased from Field and Stream Australia does not meet the description it is your sole responsibility to return the product in an unused and re-saleable condition. Products returned in non re-saleable condition will be returned at the purchasers expense.�
